The toxic stuff you need to let go Urgently in your life Now!

Do you ever feel that something is off or somethings are holding you back from being the best version of yourself?

It might be:
People- Friends or family..is there anyone that when you meet up with or talk to you just feel more tired and drained than before you spoke to them..start with having a talk to them if possible to tell them it's annoying you and if doesn't help maybe limit the time spent with them and unfortunately sometimes you just have to remove the totally from your life! People grow apart in a lifetime and need to go separate ways. 
Things- is your home filled with stuff you don't use or love like clothes, interior things, kids toys, paper etc etc - give them away or sell.
Food - have a look in your fridge/freezer/drawers and check are there outdated foods, foods that is not giving you any positive energy...just get rid of it and remember the 80/20 rule when you eat in a week...80% of what you eat is healthy and if possible organic & 20 % can be some extra good stuff like cake, wine, burger, pizza, ice cream..
Clothes- go through them and sell or give away clothes you have not used in one year, doesn't make you look good NOW and that you don't love or doesn't make you feel happy!

By doing this you at the same time are giving space to more things in your life that is meant for you and that is positive and is making you grow and get better.. Hope this gave you some insight and help and enjoy your journey and remember to start your day by being grateful for all the good things you already have!

In that way you send out signals to the universe that you are open for more good, abundance and Love!

Vacation & Downtime..do you schedule it in?

Do you feel like you need a vacation or some downtime? Are you tired and worn out and still got millions of things on your mind you need to get done? Sounds familiar? yes I thought so…All of as at some point gets to this… so what do you do?

Firstly I would suggest take a moment to breathe. Get away from your work and sit in silence for a few minutes concentrating on your breathing or go out for a walk in the nature or by the sea. The nature does wonders to calm down and unwind.

Then write a list of the 3 most important things that urgently needs to get done and leave the rest… it can wait! Like your laundry for example!

And plan in a mini vacation in the near future.. even a day can help to totally log out of all social media, email, what’s app and just go out into the nature and soak in the fresh air!

Learning to be grateful

Gluten

I have been struggling with this skin problem for over 7 years now.., it started when I moved back to Finland from South Africa while I was pregnant. I am quessing it has something to do with colder climate and pregnancy hormones , however, after trying lots of different lotions and creams without success I have now decided to go gluten-free to see if that would make a difference! Has any of you had experience in this or suggestions ? This is how my hand looks now and the strange thing is it’s only my right hand; the left one is perfectly fine !!!!

Preparing for 2017

How are you going to start the New Year 2017?

are you making resolutions? I believe in making small changes gradually so you can keep the new healthy habit

For example Start with one resolution ( 10 min meditation first thing in the morning for 30 days)and stick to that only and when that healthy habit is a routine you add a new healthy habit on the 1st of February( warm water with fresh organic lemon juice every morning before breakfast for the month of February)

Your Morning Routine

I would like to remind you again of the importance of your morning routine in order to set you up for a great and successful day.

I recommend you to take the first hour of your day from when you wake up to be your quiet hour with mediation, a bit of yoga or stretch and a healthy breakfast. I know many of you think 'How is that possible with children in the house?' if you happen to be a parent. I suggest to wake up an hour earlier and go to bed an hour earlier the night before and perhaps skip that extra hour in front of the TV. It is also recommended to calm down before bedtime with an hour without smart phones, TV etc.
