I would like to remind you again of the importance of your morning routine in order to set you up for a great and successful day.

I recommend you to take the first hour of your day from when you wake up to be your quiet hour with mediation, a bit of yoga or stretch and a healthy breakfast. I know many of you think 'How is that possible with children in the house?' if you happen to be a parent. I suggest to wake up an hour earlier and go to bed an hour earlier the night before and perhaps skip that extra hour in front of the TV. It is also recommended to calm down before bedtime with an hour without smart phones, TV etc.
